Getting ready ...
Eindelijk is het dan zover. De dagen zijn afgeteld we zijn eindelijk nog maar een week verwijderd van ons avontuur in het zuidwesten van Amerika.
Langzaam aan ben ik het een en ander in een tas aan het gooien en wat logistieke dingen aan het regelen. Shit, moeders gaat niet mee op deze roadtrip nu moet ik zelf aan meer dingen denken dan alleen of ik genoeg ondergoed bij mij heb.
✅ First Aid Kit
✅ Rolletje ducktape (ik heb het niet van een vreemde)
✅ Kampeeruitrusting (Nouja die halen we op bij een Walmart down the road)
En op deze manier speelt er een soort van bandje in mijn hoofd af en wordt het concentreren op de laatste 4 dagen kantoor steeds lastiger.
Aankomende dinsdag is het zover dan vlieg ik vanuit Amsterdam via Frankfurt naar Los Angeles. Daar kan dan eindelijk het avontuur beginnen. Het rondje ziet er als volgt uit:

Finally, it's almost there. The last couple of days have been counted and finally we are less than one week away from our adventure through the South-West of America.
Slowly but surely I've been gathering some of my luggage as well as arranging some of the logistics. Cause shit, Mom isn't going on this roadtrip with me, now I need to think about bringing other stuff instead of just thinking whether or not I packed enough undies.
✅ First Aid Kit
✅ Ducktape (my dad always assured me this had to be the first thing to bring, so here it is :)
✅ Camping gear (well, we will pick this up at the Walmart close to our first destination)
This is how, for the last couple of days, I've had a tape playing over and over in my head which makes it quite hard to concentrate the last 4 days in the office.
Upcoming Tuesday will finally be the day of departure, flying from Amsterdam to Frankfurt to our final destination Los Angeles. From there we can start the real adventure which will bring us to the following destinations:
We are thrilled to get this thing started so stay tuned for the upcoming stories.
